_{Local football teams who are looking for a regular training or match venue, other football teams who may be visiting the area and require use of the facilities. Schools, Colleges, Summer Schools or Coaching Courses are all welcome to use our 3G Pitch in Sutton Coldfield.}

_{With an excellent function room available in the clubhouse, we can also offer football themed birthday parties with both pitch and indoor activities and games. We can help you plan your party and organise the football on the pitch and the catering in the clubhouse, including the birthday cake and goody bags if required.}

_{We have selected a synthetic surface that is ideal for football games. Other uses may be considered but must be subject to prior agreement with Sutton Coldfield Town Football Club.}

_{The cost of hiring the 3g pitch is £100 (ex VAT) per hour for the full pitch. Hire of one third of the pitch is available at £40 (ex VAT) per hour.}

_{The rates shown for hire exclude VAT. The booking of the 3g pitch is exempt from VAT if ALL of the following conditions are met:}

_{1. The booking is for a series of 10 or more sessions.}

_{2. The interval between each session is at least one day but not more than 14 days.}

_{3. The series is to be paid for as a whole. Payment is to be made in full whether or not the right to use the facility for any specific session is actually exercised. Provision for a refund given by SCTFC in the event of the unforeseen non-availability of the facility would not affect this condition.}

_{4. The facilities are let out to a school, club, association or an organisation representing affiliated clubs or constituent clubs such as a local league.}

_{In all other cases, the standard rate of VAT will be charged.}
